Molokai Tech Services LLC ("mana MOBILE," "we," "us") operates manamobile.net and provides mobile services including cellular plans and eSIM products.

Information We Collect

When you interact with our phone support or website, we may collect:

• Phone number — captured via caller ID when you call our support line
• Email address — if you provide it for signup links or account creation
• Account information — service address, plan details, order history
• Call recordings and transcripts — for quality assurance and support records

How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain our mobile services
• To send signup links or account updates you've requested via phone
• To verify your identity when you call for account-specific support
• To improve our AI support assistant and customer experience

Desktop-to-Mobile Handoff

Send-to-self handoff: If you ask us to send a plan to your phone via email or SMS, we use that email address or phone number once to send the link. The plaintext value is not retained beyond 7 days unless you become a customer (in which case it becomes part of your order record). We store a SHA-256 hash of the address for analytics and to match desktop→mobile purchases for advertising attribution.

SMS Communications

We only send SMS messages when you explicitly request them during a live phone call. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (e.g., Twilio for phone/SMS, Stripe for payments, T-Mobile for network services).

Data Retention

We retain account information while your account is active. Call transcripts and support records are retained for quality assurance purposes.
